HB Farms is a Dutch farming business which has come to Russia to farm on large scale. 

HB Farms is located in Bakaly (Bashkortostan). 

Our being in Russia is supported by the Russian government and the local government as we are here to set a standard for farming, and show our methods of farming.

To build up this large role model farm business, two Dutch farming specialist have been send to Russia to build up the business and manage it.

For these two managers and for the business we are looking for a lawyer who will have to speak fluent English.

A lawyer has to deal with the formation and maintenance of businesses; handle contracts, liability, mergers, structured financings and other business matters. 

From all our staff we expect to do anything that might help the business, it may occur that you will have to go to the field to instruct the staff or do other out office tasks.
