Классный офис, потрясающая команда, заграничный командировки, открытое руководство. Не могу сказать - такой вопрос ни разу не возник, всё на высшем уровне

Работаю в Люксофте уже более 5 лет в Automotive проектах: интересно, инновационно, большой стек технологий, есть возможность для развития и карьерного роста. Круто, то видишь результаты своей работы вживую на дорогах и в атосалонах -)
Местный тренинг центр предоставляет курсы на множество тематик: от разнообразных технических топиков до личностного роста. Также по запросу можно получить бесплатный (читай, оплачиваемый компанией) доступ к различным библиотекам. Нормальная техподдержка, есть медстраховка и кофе на кухне. Все вопросы, с которыми сталкивался, решались быстро путем создания тикета в соответсвующий департамент.

— система ротации сотрудников. — оплата труда немногим ниже рынка.
— не всегда легко по собственной инициативе сменить проект, т.к. менеджмент в этом не заинтересован
— на некоторых проектах график работы сильно завязан на людей заказчика, находящихся в других часовых поясах (к этому просто надо быть готовым)
