The law firm Grammatikov & Partners was created by a group of Russian consultants and lawyers in 2000. Our general lines of activities concentrate, broadly speaking, on the issues related to the protection of the interest of foreign investors and general foreign business in the former S.U., with special focus on protecting foreign shareholders' interests and a variety of intellectual property and other exclusive rights. The firm has a professional team of experienced copyright lawyers; they are dealing with issues of copyright exclusivity, transfer and assignation agreements both at the national and international level. One of our major assets is knowledge of the basic dynamics in the present Russian business environment and ways to efficient business management in various market situations.

The firm targets work in the Russian, as well as the European market both in terms of cross-border transactions and purely domestic business and has a combined client base with referrals from different countries. We work in a close collaboration with both European continental and Russian experienced lawyers with language and expertise diversity, who have profound understanding of the local market realities and are committed to our clients’ success. Since 2003 our firm has been actively involved in the Russian sport business. We mostly deal with agent-player regulations and perform litigation both domestically and abroad.
