Trade Wing of the Embassy of Pakistan to Russian Federation is looking for Secretary –Interpreter for Internship (closing day 30 May 2018)

Basic Job description:

• Providing daily administrative support;
• Support at meetings, events, if necessary;
• Travel arrangements including tickets, hotel reservations, transfer;
• Coordination with travel agencies, embassies;
• Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, fax and e-mail communications, reception of visitors
• Translation of various documents
• Organization of postal and courier delivery of documents & etc.
• Provide organizational support for organization of exhibitions
• provide full support for visits of delegations, including organization of business meetings, cold calling when required
• Coordinate and follow up joint activities with business events organizers, contractors, Ministries;
• Preparation of letters, setting up meetings, 
• Organization of work and logistics of the office:
• Coordinating business schedule, meeting arrangements,inviting participants,management and delivery of protocol, if necessary;

Requirements:

• Level of English language(Intermediate)
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
• High level of self-organization, accuracy and reliability, excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 Salary- 15 000 Rubles

Working hours from 09.00  to 17.00

Office location- 7/1 Koroviy street (Metro station Dobryniskaya)
