At CompanionVille we stand by the promise of «Results Oriented Recruitment». This means the Client should not have to pay anything to a recruiting agency until the placed candidate successfully completes the trial period. With us there is no fee for starting a search, and there is no fee when our candidate starts work. We invoice only when our Candidate successfully completes the trial period. We charge 15% of annual compensation payable only upon the successful completion of the candidate's trial period. While our speciality is the FinTech space, we can find any employees for any industry for any role in any location.
