Что можно было бы улучшить

не всегда полная работа бизнес-анализа (проработанность требований, нехватка инфо), нет самостоятельности решений ПМ-ов (от СТО), настройка и понятность процессов хромает(признаки и атрибуты есть, а результат может подгоняться), возможна предвзятость руководства (+хамство , + некоторая авторитарность руководства)

BLD Soft Ltd was founded in 2015 in Minsk, Belarus, as a software development company for the IPTV/OTT platform Setplex LLC.
