To become a reliable and successful Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractor capable to serve, mainly, the offshore oil & gas industry in the Caspian region and meanwhile contribute to increase the "local content" for any oil & gas related projects in compliance with the national plans of industrial growth of the Republic of Kazakhstan; To be competitive and successful in the design, supply and construction of modular oil & gas treatment systems and plants, skid mounted units, pre-assembled units (PAUs), heavy and special structural steel works, piping systems, process equipment and packages like H.P. manifolds, pig launching / receiving traps, pipe racks, etc. ; To include in its range of services also the possible installation of its own products, depending on Customers' requirements and specific characteristics of the projects; To develop its production capability and capacity up to including shipbuilding activities for special marine vessels such as, for example but not limited to, tugs, survey vessels, supply vessels, accommodation barges, etc.
