Ringk Business and Art College was established by Professor Poul Nesgaard, art education expert, in 1935 and the original name of this college is Ringk Design School. Ringk Business and Art College is a state-run college, financially supported by the Danish Ministry of Cultural Affairs.

The hardware equipment includes first-class laboratory, equipment and documents, so that the students can consult authoritative international magazines, art books, business and technical books and sociology books related to life art and fashion. The students also can appreciate the collection of design works of the college. Besides the fashion magazine, the students can know about the latest trend of the development of international business any time. The three classroom building of the college is seperately used for work, theory instruction and experiment. Every year there are more than 900 students from all over the world who come here to further study the courses on business, management, art, language and so on.

Majors include economy, tourism, computer, international business, finance and management. Language courses include Danish, Swedish, Italian, English, French, German, Spanish and Romanian. Art courses include arts,  design, multimedia, originality, environment, city sculpture, painting, stage, site planning, web page making, dancing, blowtorch, piano, sax, game animation, three dimensions, conducting, composing, music teacher-training, artistic theory, folklore, dress designing, colored drawing or pattern, upholstery, dance directing, director. (Art majors are free of tuition)
