Unlike most other consulting companies, we aim at the absolute and final result (estimated by the market capitalization or cash flows growth of our client), and are willing to receive fees commensurate with the actual outcome of our advice. Thus, we do not only draft the development strategies and reorganization plans for our customers, but also feel responsible for their implementation or take a direct control over the implementation of our advice through participation in the Board of Directors of a client company. />
