Learning and Development Specialist

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. You'll play a crucial part in shaping our workforce's development through innovative training methods and evaluations.

As an L&D Specialist, you will:

• Conducting Training Sessions: Lead engaging training sessions focused on essential soft skills, including teamwork, communication, time management, leadership, and emotional intelligence, ensuring active participation through practical exercises and group discussions.
• Evaluation and Analysis: Assess the effectiveness of training sessions using participant surveys, tests, and practical exercises, analyzing data to provide actionable recommendations for program improvements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of training activities, including reports, evaluations, and participant feedback, and prepare management reports detailing the results and effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from participants to refine training programs, making necessary adjustments based on the insights received.
• Organizing Training Sessions: Prepare necessary materials and equipment for training sessions, and coordinate events to ensure successful execution.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

• Hold a higher education degree.
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a soft skills development trainer or Learning & Development Specialist, with a total of 3+ years in a similar role.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with participants.
• Have experience in evaluating training effectiveness and utilizing feedback for program improvement.
• Are organized and capable of managing multiple training sessions and logistics efficiently.
• Are fluent in Russian and English; proficiency in Kazakh is a plus.
