Learning and development specialist

Efes Kazakhstan owns two beer production plants in Almaty and Karaganda, as well as regional representative offices in Kazakhstan. Temporary position on the period of maternity leave of permanent employee ( 1 year contract).

Main responsibilities:

• Providing of HR Services (Learning & Development) for all Company’s employees.
• Coordination of L&D Projects (Internal & External trainings, online training).
• Tracking all L&D Metrics concerning L&D efficiency;
• Coordination and control L&D Expenses and L&D Budget;
• LMS maintenance and regular learners’ support;
• Participation in other HR Projects.

Requirements:

• University degree
• Experience in the same field not less than 1 year
• Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
• Good communication & presentation skills, multitasker
• User of MS Power Point & MS Excel
• Experience in design & development of training content will be an advantage
