Our client, international pharmaceutical company is in search of Trade Excellence Specialist.
Trade Excellence Specialist is responsible for monitoring and implementation commercial policy of BU in Russia. Commercial policy KPI’s tracking system and development of Innovative Commercial instruments and tactics and under control of Trade Excellence & Innovation Head.
Main Responsibilities:
- Co-develop with Trade Excellence & Innovation Head and operationalize commercial strategy and roadmap related activities to deliver an excellence-oriented and customer-focused culture supporting One commercial model;
- Drive KPI’s management and follow-up dashboards in terms of commercial trade activities. To propose right commercial applications and optimization opportunities regarding to national & regional based analysis & new commercial activities. Tracking opportunities to improve business processes;
- Leading innovation processes including digital transformation of trade activities in alignment with Digital Area, Business Support and Business Units the main priorities for development within short and medium-term. Open to experiment and adopt leading edge platforms, tools and collaborate with Track&Trace data, new types of customers and programs, etc;
- Promoting and implementing innovative ways of working with customers. Develop and drive Innovative commercial instruments & tactics in cooperation with Business Units, all trade related functions & finance teams;
- Work closely with Revenue Management to provide insights and recommendations based on business performance and develop tools to support focus P&L by Channel & Customer;
- Support development of go-to-market strategies and implement Trade Management KPIs harmonized with the Region, deploying the standard KPI´s at channel level working with support functions;
- Administering key relevant business projects of Commercial area (i.e. new Route To Market, capabilities, new channels strategy, e-commerce, etc.);
- Monitoring KPIs of all initiatives, Engage and own the transition of models, Analysing data, searching improvement opportunities and provide guidance in terms of commercial activities to steer business and process optimization;
- Actively contribute on deployment of standard commercial process in the region on critical areas: Brand Planning, Customer Planning / JBP, Sales & Operational Plans, etc. supported by compliance environment.
Main requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial & business drivers;
- 4+ years of proven successful experience in analytical positions;
- Strong analytical capabilities;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excellent MS Excel knowledge;
- Upper-intermediate English.
