Position: Business Development Specialist \ Специалист по переносу\ оценке технологий - продукта (New Products Technology evaluation specialist)
City of residence: Moscow
Domain Knowledge & Working Experience:
- Higher education, preferably in pharma, biology, science engineering;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharma company in R&D or Business development or Portfolio or project management
- Participating in new products development and registrations projects (pharma)
- Products tech transfer or scale up;
- Understanding costs and budgets for projects;
- Experience in cross functions project participation, coordination;
- Contracts \ procedures development, approval and signing;
- Negotiations and good communication skills;
- Understanding of Russian pharmaceutical industry & market landscape with the main players, a broad understanding of global pharma trends;
- Understanding regulatory rules and quality standards for medicines, food supplements, medical devices.
- Pharma products development processes knowledge.
- Main contracts structure knowledge and IP (patents, trade-marks) registration rules
- Ability to make presentation and visualize data (power point, any other dashboards);
- English (not less than upper intermediate, preferably fluent)
Role Responsibilities:
Project risks assessment and support in TT execution:
- Contract manufacturing sites capacity and risks assessment for the long term cooperation;
- Evaluation of technology transfer possibility to \ from IH site, necessary resources and timing;
- Coordination of communication between IPDO and 3rd party specialists (via calls, mails, meetings)
- Support in data collecting from partners related to manufacturing during DD process for M&A assets and proposals for back up production need;
Project execution support as a part of BD team:
- Project timelines development and key milestones verification;
- Regular cross functional team meeting, info exchange and status update;
- Effective project management as per initial budget \ plan to ensure launch on time;
- Support in data collecting from partners for registration, tech transfer, launch plan, capacity assessment and DD if needed;
- Collect projects status within BD function in the same format, gaps analyses;
Scouting new opportunities and licensing:
- Market trends analyses, search of unmet needs and checking with marketing managers, medical marketing insights and potential segments analyses;
- Scouting and search of new business growth opportunities, assessment of potential products and partners;
- Collect products details and feedback from key internal stakeholders during opportunities assessment;
- Frequently interface with clients and third parties, consultants to develop broader network and identify additional opportunities for Dr. Reddy’s
- BC development \ alignment with marketing and submitting for verification;
- Work on Non-binding Term sheets, definitive agreements and key conditions verification with the stakeholders.
