Key duties:

Development of cooperation with suppliers in the region of the Branch (TO&GP, GPM). Branch Supplier Portfolio Management.

Increase in the number and quality of personnel in the Branch.

Increase in the profitability of the Branch, managing the budget of the Branch.

Compliance control, protection of interests of the legal entity, the Branch and the Holding in general, implementation of policies and strategies of AsstrA holding.

Increase of competitiveness, capitalizing the Company's brand in the Region of the Branch.

Implementation of the business strategy for the development of the Branch in the Region.

Business performance management of the Branch in the Region.

Team management, team development.

Ensuring the safety of the activities of the legal entity, the Branch and the Holding as a whole.

Effective operational and process management.

Tactical and operational marketing.

Quality management of provided services.
Key requirements:

Fluent Russian and Uzbek languages; Knowledge of the English language - B1+.

Knowledge of the Uzbek focus market logistics infrastructure and the Region of the Branch. Knowledge of the legislation governing foreign economic activity. Knowledge of the norms of labor legislation, incl. knowledge of the peculiarities of the registration of labor migrants.

Understanding of basic tactical, operational and process management.

Experience in formation and development of a network of business contacts (Networking). Ability to build effective communication with the internal and external environment.

Knowledge of techniques of presentation and negotiation.

A Leader with the ability to take responsibility over the team.
