You will be a part of the pre-sales team within the Central Asia. You will be working with Group-IB clients to deliver deployment and customization of solutions at the Customer’s site. As a technical advisor to the client, you will make sure of successful solutions’ functioning and sales support to the team.
TASK TO SOLVE
- Participate in pre-sales activities including but not limited to conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), scoping & architecting solutions including HLD, LLD, building BOQ, writing proposals, delivering product specific presentations, technical training & seminars for channel partners and customers
- Build strategic relationships with various internal teams (field sales, channel partners, other pre-sales, engineering teams, and marketing) to effectively generate and manage business activities
- Provide strong customer engagement as a trusted advisor to understand technical & business objectives and map them to Group-IB products & services
- Set customer expectations based on services & products deliverables
- Own and develop relationships with key technical decision makers and influencers within target customers, including but not limited to presenting and articulating our value proposition to customers at all levels of the organization, both technical and business audiences (including C-level)
- Prepare project documentation, including the sales proposal process by responding to complex RFIs & RFPs
- Develop product implementation architecture with customers
- Project management and control of pre-sales activities
- Ensure solution functionality during POC and during subscription by aligning with customer use cases, success criteria, integration requirements, partially post-sales support, etc.
- Become a true expert on Group-IB solutions in order to best qualify potential sales opportunities
APPLY FOR THIS VACANCY IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS - Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused mindset and approach with the ability to be an opportunity owner, take the lead, and work with cross-functional teams including customer success, professional services, product management, sales, engineers, etc
- Strong passion for cybersecurity and high-tech technologies. Hands-on knowledge of information security threats, vulnerabilities, protection technologies, general understanding of how a botnet works, what types of malware exist, etc.
- Strong practical knowledge of networking technologies and basic concepts (routing & switching, communication protocols, DNS, DHCP, IP, OSI/ISO, email systems, SSL, VPN, SPAN, GRE, VLAN, etc.)
- Familiar with NIST/MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
- Technical skills in a wide range of cybersecurity products (NTA/IPS/IDS, Firewall, Email Protection, Sandbox, AV/EDR, XDR, Threat Intelligence)
- High level of market awareness of Information & Cyber Security vendors and technologies
- Understand the principles of cyber security and the technologies used to ensure it at the enterprise level
- English level C1, Russian Level B2
