Responsibilities: - Lead the overall Ice Cream category sales performance within dedicated markets;
- Deliver excellent execution of field sales strategy for dedicated product category, achieve optimal points of distribution, ROI to achieve business and category growth;
- Develop an understanding of the distributors’ environment within product category, and objectives which is leveraged to develop mutual shopper centric business plans with acceptable ROI and clear KPI’s to deliver mutual growth;
- Lead and facilitate the work of cross-functional team to ensure an appropriate level of customization of the company's solutions, meeting the expectations of key customers and being in accordance with Mars strategy;
- Provide support and vision of business development through 5 principles.
- Higher education (Bachelor’s Degree at least) business and /or relevant field;
- Languages: – Fluent; English- Upper-intermediate; Russian Upper-intermediate;
- MS Office literacy of business level;
- At least 5 years experience in FMCG sphere: sales management, distributor management, channel management in international companies.
