Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day vacancies filling;

Regular recruitment reporting;

Working closely with line managers for induction in multi locations;

Posting vacancies (mass recruitment, middle management recruitment, executive search);

Conducting in-depth interviews with candidate;
-
Management of CV and potential contacts database;
-
Working with colleagues and educational establishments;
-
Organizing events related to HR brand to promote company recognition;

Talent pool;
-
Internal recruitment and promotion;
-
Referral program;
-
Possible business trips;
-
Social Media Network Management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc..);

Coordination Job Fair attendance.

Proficiency in spoken Kazakh and English is a must;

At least 3 years of successful experience in mass recruitment, including regions of Kazakhstan;

Proactive, result oriented, well developed communication skills;

Ability to work flexibly/extensively if required;

Innovative.
