Recruitment Manager

• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day vacancies filling;

• Regular recruitment reporting;

• Working closely with line managers for induction in multi locations;

• Posting vacancies (mass recruitment, middle management recruitment, executive search);

• Conducting in-depth interviews with candidate;

• Management of CV and potential contacts database;

• Working with colleagues and educational establishments;

• Organizing events related to HR brand to promote company recognition;

• Talent pool;

• Internal recruitment and promotion;

• Referral program;

• Possible business trips;

• Social Media Network Management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc..);

• Coordination Job Fair attendance.

• Proficiency in spoken Kazakh and English is a must;

• At least 3 years of successful experience in mass recruitment, including regions of Kazakhstan;

• Proactive, result oriented, well developed communication skills;

• Ability to work flexibly/extensively if required;

• Innovative.
