Senior Manager to HR Department
Educational qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
a related field is required. A Master’s degree in these areas would be an added
advantage.
Language skills:
The candidate must be fluent in either English or Chinese. This includes excellent
written and verbal communication skills in the chosen language to effectively
manage diverse teams and communicate with various stakeholders.
Professional experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field within the banking
sector is essential. This experience should demonstrate a track record of success in
HR roles and an in-depth understanding of HR practices and policies in the banking
industry. Strong ability to develop institutional policies and set procedures in
compliance with Kazakhstan Law and Group requirements.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and resolve
conflicts.
