Permitting and goverment relations manager (Telecommunication field)

• Monitoring the timely creation and provision of working documentation and technical production logs to sites;
• Getting construction permits, provides the project team with warrants and access certificates;
• Conducting checks of specifications of materials and equipment for compliance with the envisaged scope of work, compilation of permits and executive documentation for inspections by supervisory authorities, preparation of summary statements;
• Determining the scope of work for the preparation of design estimates, controls the execution of all regulatory documents and participates in the commissioning of facilities;
• Drawing up work schedules, check the completeness of project documentation and the availability of activity permits;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in a technical field;
• At least 5 years of work experience in a related field;
• Knowledge of the basics of technical training and operation of equipment;
• Skills in optimizing key business processes;
• Understanding production technologies;
• Excellent Russian, English and Uzbek communication skills;
