Engineering manager (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing for IDC construction)
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on Integrated Data Center construction project to ensure they meet all requirements specifications, codes and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into the overall IDC project design, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.

Plan and supervise MEP system installations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and in accordance with project specifications.

Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure a clear understanding of MEP requirements and project timelines.

Perform quality inspections of MEP installations to verify that they meet the highest industry standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.

Support contract negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors for MEP materials and services, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
- Independent development of working documentation (WD) for systems, water supply and sewerage.

Protection of design documentation in the examination and customer service.

Protection (adjustment based on comments) of working documentation in supervisory authorities.

Performing calculations necessary for design, hydraulic calculations of water supply systems.

Selection of equipment and preparation of specifications.
- Bachelor degree or higher in a technical field;
- At least 3 years of work experience;
- Preferrable to have experience in CCTV ( Video surveillance), Access and Security , Weak Current and SCS (Structured Cabling Systems);
- Good knowledge of regulatory documentation, building codes and regulations of Uzbekistan (KMC, SHNK);
- Good at MS office, AutoCAD;
- Excellent Russian, English and Uzbek communication skills;
- Willingness to business trips.
