Controlling site quality to get the PAT, PAC,FAC smoothly;

Reviewing Quality Issues, Health & Safety Violations with regional QHS teams and sub constructor;

Checking incident and accident process, warning letters, penalty letters for QHS team & Roll-out team;

Checking the performance of our QHS teams, ZTE Supervisors and sub constructor supervisors to increase their quality to get our ZTE standard;
-
Analyzing the skill requirement for all ZTE engineer and sub constructor engineer;

Creating the SOP according to be increased project quality;

Supporting the Customer requirement about the site quality and confirmation;

Arranging the QHS training under the guideline of management and project requirement ( Skill card, QHS training);

Monitoring daily HSE activities at the EPMS system. If violation found, taking corrective action;

On site visit for inspection for Quality, Health and safety;

Supporting and cooperation for Customer HS Audit, Internal QHS audit and PO audit;

Company Compliance trainer for Admin/Warehouse/QHSE team.

Must have 3+ years of working experience in construction;

Bachelor in construction and architectural area;

Knowledge of construction and architectural industry, especially in QHS field;

Experience in projects for of construction and architectural;

Intermediate level of English (communicate + writing) and advanced level of Russian.
