Responsibilities:
Develops the line of IND (INDustrial) business with the goal to identify the potential market, its tendencies, the competitors and the resources available, operating all the necessary sources of information to execute the commercial actions;
Manages and coordinates the management of Key Accounts;
Monitors all market and competitors information;
Manages the IND operational team of the region in terms of commercial development, management of IND services, including people management and training;
Follows up the financial operational results of the activity;
Relays information and is the focal point between the country and the department for the managed activity;
Ensures the proper transmission of information within the business line leadership group, including training, procedure or explanation as necessary;
Implements the BV Quality system for IND activities;
Ensures appropriate qualification and training of all inspectors within his/her jurisdiction and in accordance with the IND quality system;
Undertakes internal compliance audits of the IND quality system within his/her area in accordance with formal audit schedule;
Supervises, directs and controls all project activities that carried out by the project team in order to achieve the Agreement objectives;
Acts as the Contractor Representative to the Client in all project matters;
Plans, implements, resources and maintains the project organization;
Ensures that the project is sensitive to change requirements and that it acts to control and manage change effects;
Orchestrates the intended outcome that balances Bureau Veritas contract, budget, time and costs limitations;
Acts as an "HUB" for all activities reaching out to the Client (or Client's representative), contract task force as well as group and external subcontractors involved in the contractual duty process;
Brings to the contract the required resources as well as the tools necessary to follow the contract schedule, cost / profit as well as quality on the contracts way to a successful completion;
Full knowledge of the project's technical issues and its status;
Analysis of the contract documents, quality, legal and finance aspects, general requirements, specifications and plans combined with the estimate and scope of work constitute Project Manager’s objective of contract goal setting.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Oil&Gas, Business Management, Economics, Marketing
  • Experience: at least 10 years of experience in industry/construction/certification business; min 5 years of managerial experience.

  • Very familiar with the Uzbekistan stakeholders in the OGC sector. (Developers, EPC, Utilities, Regulators and others)

  • Good English communication skill, Fluent Russian and/or Uzbek
