Business Development Manager (Lead Generation Team) - iGaming industry

Key responsibilities:

Drive API aggregation business, bringing in new clients and partners with high potential

Actively reach out to potential clients and pitch them

Identify and develop new opportunities for the product, such as new markets or supply packages

Help communicate our product’s benefits and success stories to the broader market

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pre-sellers to achieve departmental goals.

Monitor and report on team performance, offering guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales positions, iGaming industry expertise is a huge advantage

Expertise in outbound/account-based sales is a huge advantage

English at B2/C1 level or as a native language

Stellar negotiation and networking skills

Well-developed prioritizing and time management skills

Good understanding of product development lifecycle and process management

Open-mindedness and tendency to thrive in a team environment
