CRM specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical support and administration of CRM-system Veeva
- Work with requests from users of CRM-system Veeva
- Technical support for the salesforce Marketing Cloud multichannel marketing automation platform
- Quarterly testing of field employees based on the WebTutor program
- Support in the development of e-detailing in the platform "eWizard"
REQUIREMENTS:
- Understanding of the features and capabilities of CRM-systems
- Ability to work with databases
- Knowledge of the essence and nuances of the database
- Ability to work with large amounts of informationSkill in compiling tables and reports
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to conduct in-depth data analysis
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to search for and implement new solutions in the workflow
- Inquisitive individual, willing to ask questions, probe, find answers in a complex environment
- Ability to learn, design and automate processes
- Customer-oriented pro-active attitude
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- SQL knowledge (MS SQL/PISQL) - Basic level (Understanding scripts and queries)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of web page development tools (HTML, CSS, PHP)
- Knowledge of English (not lower than intermediate level)
WE OFFER:
Maternity leave contract. Employment by outsourcing agency (employment in accordance with the Labor Code with full compliance with the Legislation)
Possible start date not earlier than February-March.
