MEDIA DIGITAL CRM MANAGER
CIS MARKET SUBSIDIARY
We are looking for a qualified Media Digital CRM manager to oversee all Media, Digital and CRM operations in our recently opened CIS market subsidiary and ensure they’re aligned with company's CIS business goals.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
CRM
- Build and implement corporate customer intelligence and database
- Participate in elaboration of CRM strategy with further execution on the CIS market
- Define potential audience based on F&B market analysis, build customer profile suitable for further clienteling and personal communication
- Develop and implement CRM communication tools
- Elaborate methods for returning sleeping clients
- Build and execute local clienteling programs tailored to the F&B division, focusing on delivering a personalized customer experience.
- Coordinate with regional client experience team on special tools for acquisition data (e.g. beauty school) and monitor the efficiency
- Oversee and analyze CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations while managing and utilizing customer data for CRM activities
- Develop and maintain regular reporting on CRM initiatives, providing insights on campaign ROI, customer retention, and engagement metrics
MEDIA & DIGITAL
- Determine and oversee the execution of the F&B division on- and offline integrated media strategies based on Brand essence, mission and business goals
- Plan and coordinate across all media channels, including social media, ensuring effective placements and alignment with marketing objectives
- Build and cultivate the relationships with the media agency to deliver the best communication solutions, execution and analyses of campaigns, reinforcing the daily communication with local media partners
- Supervise the creation and delivery of creative materials and layouts, liaising between agencies and headquarters to maintain quality and brand alignment
- Frame and optimize the media budget in connection with finance team and business ensuring cost-efficient execution of media and digital initiatives
- Manage the timely translation and localization of the global website to ensure brand consistency
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- 5+ years of professional experience in Media, Digital, CRM in an international company or media agency
- Higher education, preferably in Marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English; French would be a nice to have
- Ability to work efficiently in a complex and rapidly changing environment with multitasking and ambiguity
- Energetic, creative, able to move projects forward
- Expertise in developing and executing impactful digital, media, and CRM campaigns
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools, frameworks, and industry best practices
- Deep expertise in leveraging digital marketing channels to achieve business objectives
- Proven ability to foster and manage strategic collaborations with agencies and external partners
- Ability to analyze consumer data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Expertise in designing seamless, personalized customer journeys across multiple touchpoints
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for strategic analysis, reporting, and presentation
