Technical support engineer
- Responsible for the technical support of the company's products (switches, WiFi access points), including but not limited to software, hardware, network, etc. - problem solving;
- Assist customers to solve technical problems, provide technical consulting and training services;
- Follow up on customer feedback, deal with and feedback the results in a timely manner;
- Participate in product testing and optimization, and make suggestions for improvement;
- Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction;
- Maintain communication with the Chinese headquarters during working hours and attend working meetings on time;
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly work plans and work reports;
- Travel to visit clients, prepare travel plans and visit reports.
- More than 1 year of pre-sales support experience required

3. Customer types include SMB/ISP/OEM.
