Welcome to It's Beauty Women Salon and Bodify Fitness, a rapidly growing chains of 7 beauty salons and fitness studios across the UAE and we are continue to grow! Our mission is to provide exceptional beauty services in a luxurious and welcoming environment, where every client is pampered and each employee is valued!

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, managing entire recruitment function and ensuring that our staff feels valued and engaged. Overall headcount is 150 + employees and continue to grow!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
• Oversee performance management processes, ensuring regular feedback and development opportunities for all staff.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Native Russian and Fluent English ( C1+) Languages are essential for this Role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the service industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices ( nice to have)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR Analytics and Reports / Statistics
