IT Infrastructure Security manager (Banking Systems)

As we continue to enhance our security posture, we are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Security Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in leading a team of cybersecurity experts and ensuring robust security measures are in place to protect our technology resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Systems Management: Implement, configure, and maintain security systems and services, such as firewalls, Active Directory, patch management, encryption, servers, networking, routers, desktops, etc.
• Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring that security operations comply with CISO guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, analyze potential threats, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Security Architecture: Contribute to defining and implementing security architecture principles and best practices for infrastructure components.
• Design Review: Participate in reviewing and recommending the design of new IT systems and technologies to ensure compliance with security-by-design principles.
• Incident Response: Support 24/7 security monitoring, incident detection, and response operations to address security threats and breaches promptly.
• Incident Investigation: Collaborate in investigating security incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and suggesting preventive measures.
• Access Control: Implement and manage access controls, authentication, and authorization mechanisms to safeguard infrastructure resources.
• Identity Management: Help develop and enforce user identity management policies and practices.

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on securing IT infrastructure.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are advantageous.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS) and industry-specific regulations.
