VIP Customer Support Specialist
We continue to expand the team and is looking for a VIP Customer Support Specialist. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
• Consultation of VIP-players;
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way (chats/e-mails);
• Help in solving customer problems and current issues;
• Willingness to be proactive and suggest ideas for improving work processes.
Shift schedule 2/2 (alternation of day and night shifts)
Requirements:
• English level B2 and(with out) Germany level B1;
• Proficiency in Russian;
• Sociability and stress tolerance;
• Experienced PC user;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Knowledge of the admin area, the ability to use all the provided tools (training)
