Overview:

Our company continues to expand the team and is looking for a VIP Specialist. We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage VIP Relationships: Foster personalized, long-term relationships.
  • Provide Top Support: Offer tailored assistance to VIP players.
  • Exclusive Promotions: Create and execute VIP-targeted promotions.
  • Monitor Activity: Track and analyze player behavior.
  • Onboard New VIPs: Identify and recruit high-value players.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work with support, retention, and anti-fraud teams.
  • Report KPIs: Track and report on VIP performance.
  • Retention Strategies: Develop plans to keep VIPs engaged.
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor responsible gaming practices.
  • Work on a 5/2 schedule with floating days off, 8-hour shifts

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (B2+)
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry and player behavior trends

Nice to have:

  • Proven experience in CRM within the iGaming industry will be a plus
