Account Manager for USA
Kozyra Media Group - is an online worldwide Video Content Promotion Agency (the main platform is YouTube).
We provide production services for YouTube channels and help our clients promote their services through YouTube videos
The company has been on the market for two years, but in this short period of time we have grown to 150 employees worldwide due to the high demand for YouTube production services!
We are looking for an Account Manager for USA market to connect our company with clients. :)
Responsibilities:
- Support clients throughout the project stages (correspondence, online meetings);
- Discuss the content plan with clients (presentation of the content plan to clients through Google Meet);
- Consult clients regarding video shoots in collaboration with the director;
- Publish and optimize videos for SEO (descriptions, timestamps, tags, thumbnails, links, etc.);
- Renew and modify contracts. (notification and informing clients about renewals, changes in the contract, payment control).
Requirements:
- English B2+;
- At least 1 year of experience working with clients; (experience in client service is required);
- Ability to handle objections;
- Understanding how Youtube platform works;
- Access to a workspace (computer, microphone, webcam).
