Your role: Development and deployment of the West region sales strategy with operational excellence through continuous rout to market optimization, distributor managing and engagement based on value proposition (iDVP) and sales budgets (TE, OVH, NQC) tracking and reconciliation.

Job responsibilities:

  • Distributor management. Constant development of value proposition for distributors within West region to ensure distributor evolution and realization of Mars strategy in region (iDVP).
  • Recommendation for RTM optimization.
  • Effective communications. Development and deployment of policies and ways of working to ensure effective communications with field sales and distributors (Trading terms, price changes, all the supporting information).
  • Governance. Hold governance related activities (distributor contracts maintenance, sales activities supporting documents, etc.). Drive governance agenda within West region.
  • Budget and KPI tracking/control Operational budget tracking & reconciliations, split by teams and territories (Sales budgets: TE, OVH, NQC)
  • Oversee and track sales function activities (sales KPI’s, metrics, TE, “Free stock promotions” calendar, etc.).

Requirements:

Education & Professional Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s, MPM or CPM will be a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or / and Finance departments in FMCG
  • English & Russian – Upper intermediate
  • Experienced in MS office programs
  • Extensive use of Excel, Power Point and Power BI
  • Basic knowledge of data analyses tools will be a plus
