Responsibilities: - Oversee service level agreement (SLA) compliance and key performance indicator (KPI) achievements for key accounts.
- Monitor SLA adherence and KPI performance for logistics partners.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Actively contribute to enhancing Indrive’s IT platform.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Prepare internal and external reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
- University degree.
- Over 2 years in operations management within the delivery service industry.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to make structured business judgement.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Proven track record in project management (as an advantage).
- Intermediate level of English.
