Online School Support Manager (Turkey) / Менеджер клиентской поддержки (Турция)
NovaKid - Novakidschool.com (online-school for children 4 -12 years old, in which children remotely learn English language with natives from the US and the UK. Our customers come from more than 40 countries all over the world. We have 80K+ students and 3K+ teachers. We are proud of our international team of over 400 Novakiders.
We are looking for the client support manager with knowledge of Turkish at the advanced / bi-lingual level.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Turksih - advanced / bi-lingual level (C2)
- Knowledge of English (at least B2)
- Experience of working in a language school welcome
- Experienced PC user
- Organizational skills
- Ability to handle lots of information
- Responsibility and care
- Multi-tasking
Duties:
- Support users in Turkish, solving problems that arise during the lesson. Resolving complex cases in chat or by calls
- Assisting with translations into Turkish (instructions, clients’ responses templates etc)
- Assisting with Non Assisted Support (chat bot)
