Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via CRM (technical, financial, etc.).
Meet individual targets and department goals.
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and products.
Work Schedule:
⏰ Shift schedule: 2 day shifts (9:00-21:00) / 2 days off / 2 night shifts (21:00-9:00) / 2 days off. Day shifts only during the first month for your smooth adaptation.
