Customer Support (Turkish language)
Requirements:
1. PC knowledge at the level of a confident user
2. experience in the BC call center, chats for at least 6 months (communication with clients)
3. availability of a PC and a headset, readiness to work by voice
4. competent oral and written speech (native Turkish, English B1-B2 is desirable)
5. knowledge of Jivo, Creatio products and CRM systems will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- consulting clients in the chat
- creating incidents according to the instructions (incidents on finance and service issues)
- checking the status of the solution of already created cases and providing information to the client
- requesting additional data from clients
Working conditions
Conditions:
- 2/2 schedule from 9:00 to 21:00 Moscow time
