Senior IT Recruiter (People Department)

Responsibilities

• Working closely with business to understand business objectives in order to prioritize sourcing strategy and build pipeline for future needs
• Ensuring quality, cost effective and timely recruitment of experienced hires
• Direct search and pre-screening of CVs, reference checking
• Candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers
• Managing end to end offer/ acceptance process, preparing all the necessary documentation
• Preparing reports on recruitment
• Support recruiters to assist with managing difficult communications, assisting with issue resolution where required
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with recruitment services providers

Requirements

• University degree
• at least 2 years experience in IT Recruitment
• 3-5 years of previous recruitment experience, preferably with an international company or recruitment agency
• Experience of recruiting volume campaigns as well as unique roles
• Excellent interviewing skills
• Strong expertise in search resources and research tools
• Seen as an effective and persuasive communicator who seeks insight into the business and acts as an expert advisor
• Good client relationship skills
• Understand the importance of data integrity, timely and accurate reporting and uses this information to run efficient processes
• Collaborative team player, seeks continuous improvement from self
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently
• Commercially minded with a focus on the business aims, proven negotiation skills
• Mature personality
