Responsibilities
- Working closely with business to understand business objectives in order to prioritize sourcing strategy and build pipeline for future needs
- Ensuring quality, cost effective and timely recruitment of experienced hires
- Direct search and pre-screening of CVs, reference checking
- Candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers
- Managing end to end offer/ acceptance process, preparing all the necessary documentation
- Preparing reports on recruitment
- Support recruiters to assist with managing difficult communications, assisting with issue resolution where required
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with recruitment services providers
Requirements
- University degree
- at least 2 years experience in IT Recruitment
- 3-5 years of previous recruitment experience, preferably with an international company or recruitment agency
- Experience of recruiting volume campaigns as well as unique roles
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Strong expertise in search resources and research tools
- Seen as an effective and persuasive communicator who seeks insight into the business and acts as an expert advisor
- Good client relationship skills
- Understand the importance of data integrity, timely and accurate reporting and uses this information to run efficient processes
- Collaborative team player, seeks continuous improvement from self
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently
- Commercially minded with a focus on the business aims, proven negotiation skills
- Mature personality
