Junior HR Generalist
Your Impact:
Be the go-to person for employee inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and fostering a positive employee experience.
Maintain and manage accurate employee records across HRIS, personnel files, and timekeeping systems to ensure seamless operations.
Drive employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs, creating a welcoming and efficient experience for new team members.
Guide managers through performance appraisals and assist in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to support employee growth.
Coordinate training and development initiatives, empowering employees to enhance their skills and reach their full potential.
About You:
Experience: Previous internship or hands-on experience in HR roles, demonstrating foundational knowledge of HR processes.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a knack for problem-solving and teamwork.
