We really want to find a real business partner who will be involved in all issues related to the work of stores (Work in stores is planned to be about 70% of the time), not only report problems, but also offer solutions. Share your knowledge with store managers in order to improve their HR skills. If you have a passion for HR work, please submit your response.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for stores and head office employees regarding all HR processes, systems and practices carried out by HR Department
Executing full cycle of recruitment process for Kazakhstan & Uzbekistan
Identify the business needs and align business strategies with HR strategies
Leads and follow orientation and on-boarding process
Monitor all personnel movements (recruitment, transfer, promotion, rotation, job termination, etc.)
Execute Labor Law issues, disciplinary actions and internal communication processes
Ensure policies and procedures are tracked and applied
Exit interview conducting, analysis
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (preferable Retail field)
Bachelor degree (preferable psychology)
Fluent Kazakh and English is a Must (double reporting)
Kazakh or Turkish is an advantage
Experience in C&B \ T&D is expected
Super communicative/ Result oriented/ delivered speech
Perfect knowledge of Labor code
No obstacle for business trips
