We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Resource Manager to join Rapid Developers. You'll be a vital part of keeping our development teams running smoothly and efficiently, matching the right people to the right projects. What you'll do:

• Resource allocation: you'll be the master strategist, allocating developers/PM/designers to projects based on their skills, availability, and project deadlines. You'll be constantly optimizing resource use to keep things running at peak efficiency.

• Capacity planning: you'll be looking ahead, forecasting our resource needs based on upcoming projects and company growth. You'll spot potential problems before they arise and proactively find solutions.

• Project tracking: you'll keep a close eye on project progress and resource usage, reporting back to management so we can stay on track.

• Communication: you're a natural communicator, keeping developers, project managers, and other stakeholders informed and in the loop.

• Process improvement: you'll be constantly on the lookout for ways to make our processes even better – more efficient, more streamlined, more effective.

• Collaboration: you'll work hand-in-hand with our recruiting team to make sure we have the right people when we need them.

• Assessment of employee profiles: updating the competency map, people skills assessment.

What you'll bring:

• At least two years of experience in resource management or a similar role, ideally in a outsource company.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills – you're a whiz at juggling multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities – you can think on your feet and find creative solutions.

• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher).

• Experience with project management software (Jira, Asana, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively – you're a team player who can also get things done on your own.

• You're proactive, solution-oriented, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

• Technical understanding of projects.

Bonus points:

• Experience with resource management tools (Planview, Clarity PPM, etc.).
