IT Project Manager

We are a team of strategists, designers, and engineers who empower healthcare startups to embrace digital transformation and create products that make a real difference in people’s lives. Over the years, we’ve partnered with 40+ companies worldwide, spanning the US, Europe, the Nordics, Australia, and Singapore.

We’re expanding and looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on innovative digital health projects, driving them from concept to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and lead projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation.
• Implement Agile methodologies, running Scrum events like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Actively collaborate with partners, setting and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee 2–3 projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
• Handle budget planning and resource allocation.

You're a good match if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in web and mobile development.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Experience in budgeting and resource management.
• Proficient English skills (B2+), both written and spoken.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis.
• Relevant management certifications or education.
• Familiarity with the digital health or wellness industry.
