Project Manager
Experience in renewable energy is mandatory; please do not apply without experience in energy project deployment. C1 level English is required.
A Spanish company specializing in the construction of solar and wind power plants is looking for a project manager specifically from the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the complete process of obtaining permits, licenses, and approvals necessary for the implementation of renewable energy projects, up to achieving a "ready-to-build" status.

Responsible for the environmental and social impact assessment process, engaging both international and local consultants to obtain local environmental permits and assessments in accordance with International Development Bank standards.

Search for land plots and negotiate land lease agreements with landowners or local/regional authorities.

Responsible for obtaining all necessary PLA (Permits, Licenses, and Approvals) from all stakeholders that impact the implementation of renewable energy projects.

Manage and coordinate all work with contractors on the installation of wind measurement masts at project sites (for wind farms) up to commissioning, ensuring proper operation and data collection from the masts.

Assist in conducting technical and financial due diligence during the project financing stage of renewable energy projects.

Manage relationships with authorities, local governments, energy ministries, and other stakeholders.

Support engineering and construction teams during the construction and commissioning phases of projects, ensuring all necessary permits are obtained at this stage.

Responsible for budgeting the development and permitting process of renewable energy projects and managing associated costs.

Requirements:
- Experience in the renewable energy sector.
Conditions:
- Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of Uzbekistan.
- 5/2 schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM.
