Network Development Supervisor (auto industry)/Менеджер по развитию дилерской сети

1. Responsible for the strategic planning and layout of network development, and expanding new channels of partners.
2. Formulate channel construction standards and processes to ensure the quality and efficiency of channel construction.
3. Evaluate the sales ability of single points of channels and put forward optimization suggestions.
4. Carried out channel satisfaction survey, analyzed feedback and made action plan.
5. Responsible for the development and implementation of channel sales and product knowledge training plans.
6. Coordinate the design, production, shipping, acceptance, verification and other work of channel store materials.

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business management or related.
2. Experience: At least from 3 to 5 years working experience in network development in auto industry.
3. Language: Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required.
4. Skills: market research, business negotiation and training planning ability.
5. Knowledge: have a keen insight into market trends, understand the strategies and methods of channel development.
6. Computer skills: proficient in CRM system, office software and Internet applications.
