Project Manager

About the Employer:

The Company provides consulting, service, and other B2B and B2C solutions in the U.S. trucking and logistics market. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive key client projects and develop new business directions that fuel growth and innovation in the Company's service offerings.

Position Overview:

As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives that boost profitability and enhance operational efficiency. You will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Your role involves ensuring optimal resource use, promoting innovation, and driving revenue growth while managing project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams to deliver on-time, within scope, and budget while driving profit-oriented outcomes.
• Develop and implement project scopes, ensuring involvement of key stakeholders and technical feasibility.
• Set strategic goals for projects, focusing on maximizing profitability and efficiency across all phases.
• Use advanced data analysis to measure project performance, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage resources effectively to meet project timelines while adapting to evolving client needs.
• Report project progress to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Perform risk management and develop contingency plans to minimize potential issues and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing projects, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment, with a track record of driving profit-oriented outcomes.
• Skills:
  Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  Proficiency in English and Russian (Uzbek is a plus).
  Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources with a focus on efficiency and growth.

Working Conditions:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with flexibility to handle urgent issues.
• Location: Office-based in Tashkent.
