DC-Site Project Manager

Duties:

• Planning project objectives, Formulate the delivery PIP,Budget/Cost Controling,managing the team, coordinating internal/subcontractor resources, and monitoring progress.
• Identifying and managing construction risks, ensuring project quality, and maintaining communication with customers and stakeholders, Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handles contracts, manages suppliers, responds to project scope changes, and ensures that the project is delivered on time.
• Discuss and reply the management comments with Customer/ Consultant/Authorities etc;
• Routine Report & Meeting with customer; Maintaining complete records and archives as company standards;
• Inter-team communication and assistance to ensure that each system is performed according to the optimal process
• Managing own workload, updating forward plan of workload regularly & working to time allocations;
• Comply with the process to ensure that the team does not violate the corporate process.
• Manage on-site subcontractor change requirements and customer new requirement;

Requirements:

• Degree qualified, PMP certification or equivalent qualification,
• More than 8 years of site project management experience in Data center or related EPC construction projects (Large shopping malls, sci-tech park, residential parks, office buildings) in Uzbekistan or Neighboring countries;
• Have clear thinking and communication skills；
• Able to take charge of project deliverables, make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way;
• Good at MS office,P6 and related tools;
• Can speak Russian, English and Uzbek fluently
• Obey the work arrangement, have a strong sense of purpose and responsibility；
• Willingness to business trips.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office. Oybek metro station;
• Opening hours: 9: 00-18: 00 lunch 12: 30-13: 30;
• Working days: 5/7 Monday - Friday;
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday;
• Probation period: 3 months;
• The working language is English.
