Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Learning and Talent Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing training data, generating insights from stakeholders and creating reports that will help optimize our learning programs and our learning initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is proficient in data visualization tools, and has experience working with datamart, reports visualization & training metrics and learning-related data.
You will be part of a 50+ member global training team and a driving force that is responsible for employee skill and capability development
In this position, you are expected to be self-starter, quick learner and must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze training data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in learning programs.
- Design, develop, and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support decision-making within the Learning and Talent Development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights to optimize talent development strategies.
- Assist in measuring the effectiveness and ROI of learning programs and initiatives.
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis as needed to support the learning and development strategy.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security when handling sensitive employee and training-related information.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve learning content and delivery methods.
- Support the team with reporting automation and continuous improvement of data processes.
- Assure the functional design & acceptance activities for other Training management- related in-house development (ML-based tools, assistants, bots, LMS etc)
Languages:
Kazakh- conversational ( would be a plus)
Russian - conversational
English - upper-intermediate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a Learning and Development or Human Resources environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Working experience in SQL, PostgreSQL, python, Apache Superset, Apache Airflow
- ability to work with Jenkins
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g., LMS, HRIS) and familiarity with training data.
- Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
