Customer Support Representative (CSR) (Night shift)
The main responsibility of the CSR is to answer lead calls and turn them into appointments, fill out the call schedule, and work out complaints and inquiries from the Company's clients. A candidates applying to this position have to be friendly, customer-oriented and stress-resistant. This is a full-time position: we don't consider applications from students
Work Duties

Answer lead calls and turn them into service appointments;

Be polite and communicate with customers according to the script;

Email and text communication with customers;

Schedule or reschedule service appointments;

Work with customer complaints and inquiries;
- Work with CRM-system
Requirements:

Fluent English (both written and oral)

Readiness to work at night time;
Work schedule: Mon - Fri, Pacific Time: from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Salary: from $1000 per month
