Customer Service Specialist
The job holder is responsible for complete and smooth forecast and order transaction process, including acknowledgment, monitoring and coordination of the order delivery. Further, the job holder ensures customer satisfaction through seamless delivery of agreed volume of goods according to contract terms and conditions in agreed timelines. Customer Service Specialist is a fundamental role for maintaining data accuracy in the systems to enable internal stakeholders on operational and regional levels (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Commercial Team, Finance, Production) for analyzing customer demand in short and long-term horizon.
Responsibilities:
- Forecast processing and substituon by PO
- PO management in BaaN – volume & price, incl. changes and Customer requests for acceleration, postponement, cancellation, etc.
- Order confirmation and communication about changes (over- / under-production, sorting, reprint, production delays etc.)
- Monitoring of orders delay, communication to Customer on reasons for delay and alternative solutions
- Call-offs, deliveries of goods In Full and On Time
- Shipping documents, invoicing of FG and services, project closure
- Data accuracy - regular system clean-up (demand in the past, double demand, back orders, etc.)
- English - intermediate
- Excel (simple formulas, vlookup, pivot tables)
- Product and process acumen
