Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Online B2B Platform team, focusing on delivering innovative data-driven solutions for digital business platforms. Our platform is a B2B product that supports online businesses with a fully integrated native app and a robust backend. We offer comprehensive services, including integrations with third-party providers (payment systems, data aggregators), reporting tools, account management, security measures, and compliance modules. Additionally, our ecosystem includes adjacent products such as a CMS, Affiliate tool, and customer-facing frontend.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the Development of the Online Platform and Native App:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of the online platform and native app from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with market trends and client requirements.

Facilitate seamless integration of third-party services (e.g., payment systems, data aggregators) for a unified experience across web and mobile.
2. Product Vision and Strategy:

Shape the product vision for the native app and platform, ensuring it meets industry standards and client expectations.

Utilize market analysis to maintain the platform’s competitive edge, adapting the product roadmap to introduce new features for both the app and platform.
3. Feature Documentation and Development:

Develop comprehensive specifications for platform and app features.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration.

Oversee QA to ensure high-quality releases across devices and platforms.
4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Participate in demos and gather feedback from clients and the Account Management team to iterate on product features, enhancing the user experience on both the app and platform.
5. Growth and Market Leadership:

Ensure the platform and native app remain industry-leading by focusing on user engagement, client retention, and compliance.

Regularly update the product based on trends, usage insights, and data analysis to optimize performance across the app and platform.

- Ownership of the Product Vision: Take full responsibility for the vision of both the platform and native app, ensuring alignment with user needs, business goals, and market trends.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data, client insights, and market analysis to make informed product decisions that drive growth and optimization.
- Excellent Communication: Clearly convey product requirements, goals, and progress across all teams (development, QA, marketing) and external stakeholders.
- Result-Oriented: Deliver high-quality features and improvements that meet both short- and long-term goals, balancing speed with quality.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Address complex product challenges, particularly around user experience, feature development, and platform scalability.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with development, UX/UI, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product roadmap.
- Proficiency in Tools: Comfortable using task tracking systems like JIRA to manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely feature delivery.
