Key Account Manager at HONOR Uzbekistan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Developing Business with Key Account Partners:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key account partners to drive business growth for HONOR products;
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market share and increase sales within key accounts.
— Participation in Regional Key Account Strategy Creation:
- Contribute to the development of long-term and mid-term strategic plans for regional key accounts.
- Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to align strategies with overall business goals.
— Annual Business Planning:
- Develop and implement annual business plans for key accounts, including sales targets, promotional activities, and growth strategies;
- Monitor plan progress and make adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives
— Sell-In & Sell-Through Management:
- Oversee the management of product sell-in (sales to distributors) and sell-through (sales to end customers) processes;
- Ensure effective inventory management and optimize sales performance across the distribution chain.
— Matrix Management:
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to support key account operations and achieve strategic goals;
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development.
— Operational Workflow Support:
- Provide support for operational workflows related to key account management, including order processing, logistics, and customer service.
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of operational tasks to meet client needs and business objectives.
— Transactional Control:
- Monitor and manage transactions with key accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in transactions promptly.
— Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and alignment with broader business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
— At least 2 years of experience in retail marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a similar role, preferably within the technology or smartphone industry.
— Strong understanding of smartphone market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail trends.
— Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
— Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
— Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and influence outcomes.
